Barnes is Head of Client Strategy

Stephanie joined Montagu Evans as a Partner in the Strategic Advisory team in 2021 and was appointed to the role of Head of Client Strategy in August 2023. Steph is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s client strategy as part of our 3-year business plan. She works with both the leadership team and directly with clients to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth across our business. She leads a cross-functional team that includes research, strategy, business development, marketing and account management to drive a client-centric approach to service delivery.

Steph oversees the development of new products and solutions to take to market, as well as a portfolio of key firm-wide client accounts. She is skilled at synthesising analysis and insight into comprehensive strategies and deliverable outcomes and communicating these with stakeholders.

Previously, she worked as a Partner in our Strategic Advisory team, providing management consulting to a range of clients including The Crown Estate, Buccleuch, Network Rail and Carlisle City Council on strategic projects. These included;

• Portfolio reviews
• Property strategy development and implementation
• Post-Covid retail recovery strategies for UK rail stations
• Stakeholder engagement & communication
