    Oliver has more than 15 years’ experience advising on all valuation aspects relating to residential development and investment, and leads the residential valuation team at Montagu Evans.

    He advises banks, debt funds, developers, house builders, housing associations and public sector bodies with a focus on solving their residential-led valuation challenges.

    His expertise includes valuations of residential development and investment assets for funding, acquisition, viability, financial reporting and board approval purposes.

    Asset types include land with and without planning consent, development projects, completed stock, PRS, BTR, co-living and PBSA.
