    Henry is an Associate in the Residential Valuation Advisory team where he specialises in residential-led valuations for clients’ funding, development, acquisition, disposal, and financial reporting needs.  This work is on behalf of private developers, lenders, and housing associations, with a focus on loan security, in particular in London and the South.

    Over his 10+ year career, Henry has wide ranging experience advising on prestige single holdings, newly built off-the-plan homes, affordable housing portfolios, private multi-unit developments, and government owned assets.
