Paloma
Calvert is a Graduate Surveyor

Paloma joined Montagu Evans in September 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor.

She spent her first rotation with the Valuation Advisory team, working with both the Commercial and Specialist Teams. On the Specialist side, Paloma focused on advising clients regarding the disposal of assets and undertaking asset valuations for financial reporting. Meanwhile on the Commercial side, she was involved in advising clients on the valuation aspects of developments and investments, including secured lending valuations and loan assessments for banks and lending institutions.

As of March 2024, Paloma sits in the Rating team where she specialises in non-domestic rating, advising clients on where rateable values can be reduced through Check, Challenge and Appeal procedures. Paloma provides liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector.
