Caplan is a Partner specialising in Strategic Advisory

Adam has been providing strategic property advice at Board level to public and private sector clients for over 15 years, where he has worked in the advisory sector, both in transactional markets and real estate strategy.

As part of the Strategic Advisory team, he delivers complex strategic projects across the public and private sectors, working closely with clients who need specialist advice. He provides surveying and consultancy skills to create joined-up solutions from the early stages of any planning and development project to bring about positive change.

Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Adam was at CBRE, where he was a Director in its Strategic Transformation team delivering advisory and transaction-based projects for clients, landlords and investors.

Adam prides himself in building deep and trusted senior relationships with clients and focuses on solving complex commercial problems that they face.  He is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the RICS.
