    Richard

Richard started at Montagu Evans as a graduate and now works within the Asset and Investment Advisory team, specialising in portfolio level asset and investment management.

Providing strategic consultancy advice to his clients, Richard has developed a holistic understanding of their needs and requirements and combines those skills with his ability to problem-solve, project manage and strategise.

He predominantly focuses on driving value and maximising investment returns across his clients’ investment portfolios through an active and hands-on asset management approach. Within the team, Richard also works on strategic portfolio reviews, due diligence for the acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets and development projects requiring multi-stakeholder collaboration and partnership across both the public and private sectors.

Richard works closely with Montagu Evans’ multi-disciplinary agency and lease advisory teams, Property Management, and Development Advisory to ensure comprehensive, rounded advice to his clients.
