    Matthew Boyd is a part of the Development Advisory team.

    He works across a number of different projects and property sectors. He has experience in a range of major infrastructure, town centre and residential development projects providing valuation, land assembly and compulsory purchase advice.

    Matthew represents a number of major transport undertakers, local authorities, private developers and landowners. He has experience of providing land acquisition advice for major infrastructure projects, most notably for High Speed 2.

    He has also worked on a number of town centre regeneration projects and residential development projects for clients such as Thurrock Council and Places for People.
