As a property consultancy, we provide a variety of services that bring together some of the brightest talents in the industry. We offer roles within our main departments of Planning, Advisory, Property Management, Commercial Agency & Advisory and Central Management.

Health Travel Pension Holiday Family Wellbeing Career

We offer single private medical cover to all employees from day one, with the option to cover partners and dependants too. We also provide Life Assurance and Group Income Protection, gym discounts, one free flu vaccination and eye test per year and can claim up to £50 towards glasses.

We provide employees with an interest-free season ticket loan starting from day one, as well as a Cycle-to-Work scheme that allows you to buy a bike while benefiting from tax savings. Additionally, our firm fully supports hybrid working arrangements.

We offer a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) scheme that allows you to take charge of your retirement savings. The scheme gives employees the flexibility to invest exactly where they want to. Employees can also take advantage of the tax savings made through this pension salary sacrifice scheme, where employee contributions start from 5% and Montagu Evans will contribute 5.5%. Any increase in contributions from the company will be linked to any increases that you make yourself.

Our annual holiday entitlement starts at 26 days, which increases to 28 days after completing five years of service or if you are at an Associate or Partner level. In addition to public holidays, we also provide time off between Christmas and New Year’s beyond the standard annual allowance.

We prioritise family wellbeing, providing 6 months of paid maternity leave, 4 weeks of paid paternity leave, and additional family-friendly policies such as adoption leave, shared parental leave, remote working, and flexible working requests. We also provide a workplace nursery benefit to ease the financial burden of childcare for working parents and our free employee assistance programme that provides experienced practical, emotional and mental health support for you and your family. 

We have year-round initiatives to help look after your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
