Summersgill is a Graduate Surveyor

Nick is a rotating graduate who joined Montagu Evans in 2021.

He is currently sitting in the Industrial & Logistics Investment team, having already rotated in Commercial Valuation, Asset Investment Management and Property Management.

Across these teams Nick has supported on landlord and tenant issues, specialist and investment valuations for secured lending purposes, and contributed towards asset and investment management strategies. His current focus is on assisting with the disposal and acquisition of office and industrial assets, predominantly in the South East.
