Elliott is a Senior Surveyor in the Rating Advisory team where he specialises in non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector. He joined Montagu Evans in 2023, having spent four years at the Valuation Office Agency where he worked both in business rates and for the District Valuer Services.

Since joining, Elliott has settled rating appeals for both public and private sector clients, securing reductions as well as providing consultancy advice, especially to clients under check, challenge and appeal.

Elliott works closely with clients within the telecommunications and healthcare sectors, as well as the bulk classes.
