    Harry is a RICS Registered Valuer who specialises in financial viability and affordable housing. Harry has significant experience in financial modelling of proposed residential and mixed use developments, appraising various affordable housing tenures as well as assessing the existing use value of development sites.

    Harry prepares financial viability assessments in support of residential-led planning applications on behalf of developers, housing associations and landowners. Harry justifies the level of affordable housing that a scheme is able to support whilst remaining deliverable. Harry will then enter into negotiations with the local authority to agree a viable level of affordable housing provision.
