    Tom started at Montagu Evans as a graduate surveyor and gained his Chartership in 2018 specialising in valuation.

    He now has over four years experience of providing valuation advice on a range of commercial assets and development opportunities throughout the UK.

    Tom provides valuation advice to banks and other lending institutions, as well as property companies, developers, institutional investors and public sector bodies.
