Dave is a Graduate Surveyor

Sahil is a Graduate Surveyor who joined Montagu Evans in 2022.

He is currently in the Industrial & Logistics agency team, specialising in the TfL arch portfolio.  Sahil has further experience in Development with his time spent in our Development Advisory team. Sahil focused on regeneration schemes and development within the town centre sphere, assessing feasibility and viability for local councils and other public body landlords.

Before joining Montagu Evans, Sahil previously worked at the asset manager and property developer, London & Oriental. He provided assistance in development consultancy, asset management and strategic property advice on assets of various scale and complexity for private family offices.
