    Charlie is currently working within the Valuation team, working on both commercial and specialist valuations.

    Charlie has worked across the Retail Capital Markets and Development and Valuation consultancy teams at Montagu Evans.

    He has assisted on a range of both In Town and Out of Town investment projects, recently focussing on Shopping Centre investment and town centre regeneration projects. Work has included financial modelling, valuation, transaction management, development viability assessments, development appraisals and business planning.

    Charlie joined Montagu Evans in September 2021 and is working towards gaining his Chartership.
