    Xanthe joined Montagu Evans in September 2023, where she rotated across the Valuation Advisory team, offering advice on both public and private property portfolios and valuing a variety of assets. Xanthe also rotated through Development Advisory, Business Rates and Retail Lease Advisory teams. Xanthe is sitting her RICS APC in Autumn 2025.

    Xanthe works across a variety of commercial assets supporting clients in both the public and private sectors, delivering valuation services for operational portfolios, investment proposed, and development sites.

    Xanthe joined the Valuation Advisory team in September 2025.
