Zahra
Bhojani is a Surveyor specialising in Lease Advisory

 Zahra joined Montagu Evans in 2023 and is based in our London Office. She now specialises in the Industrial Lease Advisory team, working nationally on trade counter portfolios across both agency and lease advisory. Her experience includes rent reviews, lease renewals, lease extensions and re-gears, supporting a broad range of landlord clients such as financial institutions, funds, property investors, PropCos and local landlords.

Zahra read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Lancaster University before completing a Master’s in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University. She began her career on the Montagu Evans graduate scheme, gaining experience across Business Rates, Living and Land Capital Markets, Residential Valuations, and Industrial & Logistics Agency. Having completed her rotations, Zahra has now taken up a permanent role within the Industrial Lease Advisory team, where she applies her sector knowledge to deliver tailored advice to clients.
