Bhojani is a Graduate Surveyor

Zahra is a Graduate Surveyor who joined Montagu Evans in 2023. She has experience in the Rating Advisory team where she focuses on non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector.

Zahra has secured large reductions for clients such as Stagecoach and H&M as well as providing consultancy advice, especially to those under the check, challenge, and appeal.

In March 2024, Zahra started her new rotation in the Commercial & Agency Living and Land team where she will provide a range of consultancy, valuation, acquisition and disposal advice to developers, investors, operators, and lenders.
