Fred qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer in 2015. Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Fred worked in the valuation divisions at Cushman and Wakefield and Savills, where he developed his expertise in valuing all types of commercial property in accordance with the RICS Red Book.

Fred works as an Associate in the valuation consultancy team. He specialises in undertaking investment valuations of commercial property for secured lending purposes, financial accounts and acquisitions / disposals. Fred has a particular interest in the industrial, retail warehouse, office and central London markets.
