    Tom has over 10 years’ experience in advising on all valuation aspects relating to residential development and investment. He advises funders, developers, housing associations and public sector bodies.

    His expertise includes valuations of residential development and investment assets for loan security, acquisition and financial reporting. He also has a particular focus on the affordable housing sector, providing valuation and consultancy advice to Registered Providers.

    Asset types include land with and without planning consent, development projects, completed stock, affordable housing, PRS, BTR and PBSA.
