Edouard
Barrois is a Graduate Surveyor

Edouard joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in September 2022.

Having completed his first rotation in Commercial Valuation, he has now joined the Retail and Leisure Investment Team, where his role involves sourcing, disposing and underwriting business plans for retail assets to maintain and maximise investment returns for clients.

Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Edouard studied a BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading followed by a MSc in Real Estate at the French ESCP Business School.

He is training to become a qualified Surveyor and will sit his APC in 2024.
