Ellie is a Chartered Surveyor within the Development Advisory Team, specialising in town centre investment, development and regeneration.

Ellie has over 3 years experience of working within the development sector, advising on projects of varied scale and complexity. Primarily her work involves providing advice on viability, feasibility, Red Book valuations, acquisition and disposal of assets and best use exercises.

Before joining Montagu Evans, Ellie previously worked at Avison Young where she provided development consultancy, agency and strategic property advice to clients across London and the South East. As part of the Graduate programme she also gained experience in Corporate Solutions and Hotel Valuations.
