    With 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Adrian is a Partner who is responsible for the Commercial and Agency division at Montagu Evans but retains a specialism in the Housing Sector in the UK.

    Adrian leads and manages teams who are focused on the Industrial and Logistics, Retail and Leisure, Offices, Land and Living (Student, Build to Rent, Senior Living) markets with services built around a ‘consult to transact’ methodology with a transactional advisory focus including investment, lease advisory, agency aligned with Montagu Evans core specialism in planning and development.

    Adrian has been a Partner with Montagu Evans since 2009 and has historically worked in the USA and Asia with a focus on real estate advice for inward investment into the London markets.
