Head of our Industrial Lease Advisory team and based in our London office, Steven has over 28 years of experience with all types of industrial property in terms of agency and lease advisory, including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease extensions and re-gears.  He acts as an Expert Witness on disputed rent reviews and lease renewals.

Steven is a national trade counter specialist. He is retained on over 200 multi-let industrial estates and trade parks to provide lease advisory services to landlord clients, typically comprising financial institutions, funds and property companies.  He is the only landlord’s lease advisory agent to have coverage in the sector across the UK, including London and the South East.

Steven has unique and unrivalled experience in the sector, with strong, long-standing relations with both landlords and tenants.
