As such, we are committed to recognising and acting on areas impacting skills and diversity, the wellbeing of our people, and our environment and ensuring we create healthy, happy places.
Protecting our environment – we aim to:
- consistently measure and reduce our carbon emissions
- reduce our water and waste, where possible
- apply sustainable practices in our supply chain
- continue to integrate sustainability into our service offering
As a medium-sized professional services company, our direct impact is relatively small. However, we recognise that it still matters and commit to using our control and influence to reduce the environmental impacts of our business activities. Here is our Environmental Policy.
Our Environmental Impact Report
- a recent highlight is the setting of our science-based carbon reduction target for our leased offices – of 60% by 2030.
- we will purchase carbon offsets for the first time, covering our office and business travel emissions in FY23.
- we have increased our sustainability capability by hiring and integrating sustainability into all departments and services.
Our first environmental impact report summarises more of our achievements to date and presents planned actions for us to continue to improve. This report and future ones will ensure we hold ourselves to account on this journey.
