Louise joined Montagu Evans in 2021, having completed a Real Estate Masters at Reading University. Following the rotational graduate scheme, Louise joined the Retail and Leisure team in September 2023.

Her focus is on out-of-town retail and leisure agency and development consultancy across the UK. Within this role, Louise predominately works on leasing disposals for a range of landlord and occupier clients in addition to appraising development sites to provide advice to landowners.

Louise is also actively involved in acquiring sites when working as a tenant representative for a number of global and nationwide retail and leisure occupiers.
