Andrew has over 15 years’ experience with all types of industrial, retail and office property in terms of all forms of agency, tenant acquisition, disposals and asset management.

Andrew is a national trade counter specialist, advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of premises on a UK wide basis. Andrew has unique and unrivalled experience in the sector with strong,  long-standing relations with both landlords and tenants.

Andrew has extensive knowledge and experience on tenant advisory, acquisition programmes and the delivery of multiple premises across the UK, having advised one particular client on the expansion of their UK wide depot network, taking them from approximately 375 to over 700 premises with an average of around 30 new depots each year.

Andrew has also acted on behalf of landlords to provide letting and agency advice on trade centres throughout the UK. He is one of few agents to have geographical coverage in the sector across the UK.

He also has experience in undertaking development projects having provided strategic advice to a number of property companies, developers and institutional clients, including advice relating to land acquisition, scheme layout design and configuration, occupier demand, tenant mix and leasing, rental and investment value.
