Will joined Montagu Evans in 2019 and works in the Industrial & Logistics Investment team, specialising in asset/ portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
He has comprehensive experience in underwriting business plans, sourcing acquisition opportunities and executing disposal strategies. Will has been involved in a number of landmark transactions including the disposal of Nucleus Park, Park Royal for £108m, the acquisition of Thames Gateway Dagenham for £99m and the acquisition of Hounslow Trade Park for £14.5m.
Will also has a keen interest in ESG and its increasing positive influence on the commercial property market.
