Matt has worked in commercial real estate since 2016 and has specialised solely in the industrial and logistics market since 2018.
Matt provides advice on all lease advisory matters to landlord and tenant clients nationwide but with a weighting towards the M25 and South East. Expertise include negotiating and settling complex rent review disputes, lease renewals and lease restructuring.
