Josh joined Montagu Evans in 2018 as a graduate and has since gained extensive experience in the national office and industrial markets. He plays a key role in the Capital Markets team, providing disposal and acquisition advice, predominantly operating in the southeast and Greater London.

With cross-sector expertise, he provides clients with detailed analysis of investments through financial modelling, development appraisals, and market research. Josh works closely with the planning and development teams to provide alternative use underwrites/analysis and asset repurposing.
