Rob has nearly 25 years of experience dealing with landlord and tenant issues on out of town retail and leisure parks including rent reviews, lease renewals, extensions and re-gears.

Rob has many years of experience acting as an Expert Witness in third-party disputes, including oral hearings. Property types include non-food retail warehouses, restaurants (including drive-thrus) and a variety of leisure units such as cinemas, gyms, bowling alleys, bingo and health clubs.

Rob is retained on over 50 out-of-town retail and leisure parks in England and Wales to provide lease advisory services to landlord clients, typically comprising financial institutions and funds.

Rob has a unique and unrivalled experience in the sector with strong, long-standing relations with both landlords and tenants.
