    Eddie has been working in commercial investment and development for over 25 years, specialising in the retail warehouse, leisure, and foodstore sectors. Eddie leads the Retail Warehouse team at Montagu Evans and, since April 2025, also leads the partnership’s Commercial and Agency Department.

    Eddie’s role focuses on identifying value-added investment opportunities in these sectors, with a strong and proven track record of successfully acquiring and disposing of properties on behalf of investors. Eddie advises institutions and property companies on acquisitions, disposals, and strategies to maximise and add value to their investment portfolios.
