Montagu Evans acted as acquisition agents on behalf of Montreaux Developments Limited in the acquisition of Ilford Retail Park from LaSalle IM.
The property is located in Ilford town centre in close proximity to the Elizabeth Line Underground Station. The property is currently multi-let, with an average unexpired lease term of five years. Tenants include Lidl and Fitness First. The site benefits from significant redevelopment potential.
Following the acquisition, Montagu Evans are now advising on planning and outline application for the redevelopment of the site comprising circa. 700 residential dwellings, a new primary school and 3000 sqm of retail and commercial floorspace within buildings ranging from 2 – 29 storeys.
