Tim is Head of Retail and Leisure sector having previously spent 15 years working for a leading UK institution.

He works on a wide range of retail and leisure projects for both landlord and occupier clients nationwide.

Tim advises landlords on asset management initiatives designed to enhance the capital and rental value of their assets. He provides detailed pre-purchase strategy and due diligence advice. He advises tenants on nationwide acquisition strategies and disposal of non-core stores.

Tim is a past Chair of Accessible Retail which represents the property interests of the retail warehouse and retail park sector.
