    Will is an Associate in the Occupier Business Rates team at Montagu Evans with over 7 years’ experience. He has dealt with rating cases spanning the 2010, 2017 and 2023 Rating Lists over a wide range of use classes including offices, retail and industrial and specialist properties.

    Will provides rating advice to clients through valuation work undertaken via the ‘Check, Challenge, Appeal’ (CCA) process in addition to accrual budgeting and has also had experience in negotiating empty rates mitigation strategies on behalf of clients.

    Will is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an Honorary Member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) and an Affiliate Member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association.
