Andrew is a Senior Rates Account Manager in the Rating Advisory team where he provides rate management and liability advice to both landlord and occupier clients in the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.

He has experience in dealing with rateable occupation and liability cases as well as being able to provide forecasting advice to a wide range of clients. Andrew also deals with the checking and approving of rate demands, advising Clients what they need to pay and liaising with billing authorities to request liability amendments.

Andrew moved to Montagu Evans in 2021 after spending over 18 years at Capita plc where he acted as a senior project officer primarily on the Lambeth Council contract.
