Prodromou is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Occupier Business Rates

Angelo is a senior surveyor in the Occupier Business Rates team at Montagu Evans, where he advises clients on a wide range of business rates matters. Angelo has worked primarily on the 2023 rating list, during which he managed and negotiated rating appeals for an extensive variety of property types, including offices, retail, industrial, leisure, and specialist assets.

Angelo provides comprehensive rating advice covering all stages of the Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA) process and has achieved successful rate reductions for numerous clients, whilst also providing liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sectors.

Before joining Montagu Evans, Angelo started his career at the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) on the graduate scheme, before moving to WSP GL Hearn, where he specialised in providing Rating advice within the Retail sector.

Angelo is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an affiliate member of the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA).
