Sarah advises clients across a range of business and public sector organisations on all aspects of business rates liability, with a specialism in the self-storage sector and NHS property.

She is a former committee member of the Rating Surveyors Association and has chaired numerous RSA committees across the UK, coordinating and leading discussions on town centre retail appeals with the Valuation Office.

Sarah has also successfully represented clients at the Valuation Tribunal and advised in connection with appeals to the Upper Tribunal.
