Simran is a Chartered Surveyor in the Rating Advisory team where she specialises in non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector.

She has dealt with rating appeals for a wide variety of property assets across the majority of England for both the 2017 and 2023 rating lists. Simran has settled appeals for clients, securing reductions as well as providing consultancy advice, especially to clients under check, challenge and appeal.

Simran moved to Montagu Evans in 2022, joining the graduate scheme where she completed four six-month rotations in different parts of the business. These included Business Rates, Valuation, and Asset and Investment Advisory and Industrial and Logistics Lease Advisory.
