 Simran is a Surveyor who joined the Asset & Investment Advisory Team in 2025 having worked in the team during her graduate training scheme. Simran has a range of experience advising public sector clients on a range of asset and investment management mandates that vary in terms of scale, complexity and asset class.

Within the team, Simran assists on a variety of projects, undertaking financial analysis, market research and due diligence and producing effective strategies to contribute towards successful management processes. Her interests lie in town centre regeneration and place-making, where assets are used to improve spaces for the people who use them.
