Salman is a Senior Rates Account Manager

Kelly is a Senior Rates Account Manager in the Rating Advisory team, where she provides rate management and liability advice to both landlord and occupier clients in the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.

She has experience in dealing with rateable occupation and liability cases, as well as being able to provide forecasting advice to a wide range of clients. Kelly also deals with the checking and approving of rate demands and, for some clients, makes payments on their behalf.

Kelly moved to Montagu Evans in 2021 after spending over 20 years at Capita Business Services, where she acted as Team Leader and was responsible for the accounts of billing authorities, including City of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Lambeth.
