Jules is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS-Registered Valuer working across the Occupier Business Rates and Valuation teams at Montagu Evans. He advises clients on a wide range of business rates and valuation matters across England and Wales.

Jules’ experience spans both the 2017 and 2023 rating lists, during which he has managed and negotiated rating appeals for a variety of property types, including offices, retail, industrial, leisure and specialist assets.

Alongside his rating work, Jules undertakes valuations across a diverse portfolio of assets for both public and private sector clients. He has experience undertaking valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.

Jules is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Registered Valuer, and an affiliate member of the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA).
