I am an Associate in the Occupier Business Rates Team at Montagu Evans with over 6 years’ experience in non-domestic Rating Appeals in England. I have experience across various property classes, including offices, industrial, retail and specialist properties in the 2017, 2023 and 2026 Rating Lists.

I have settled appeals for clients, securing reductions and providing consultancy advice, in particular through the Check, Challenge and Appeal (CCA) process.

I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an Affiliate Member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association (RSA).
