Karunyah is a Business Rates Assistant in the Rating Advisory team, where she assists with the processing of rate demands, ensuring accurate business rate demands are provided to clients and support mitigation processes.

She has worked on rating matters for a diverse range of commercial properties across England, liaising with councils to correct billing errors, processing refunds, verifying and correcting liabilities for clients. Karunyah’s role involves maintaining client records, updating financial systems, and assisting with payments and refunds.

Karunyah has strong expertise in business rates through hands-on experience in liability consultancy, data management, and regulatory compliance.
