Montagu Evans have been advising on this prime regionally dominant retail park since purchasing in 2014 for KKR/Quadrant Real Estate.
The combined ownership now provides for 230,000 sqft of retail warehousing over 18 acres of the M6 motorway at Junction 9. The scheme has undergone significant investment and refurbishment, particularly a new Next home store and flagship Currys PC World. Further development included a new terrace of retail and multiple A3 units, providing new benchmark letting evidence for future rent reviews.
