    Jane is a specialist in compulsory purchase compensation and valuation. She works closely with acquiring authorities and developer partnerships on promoting and securing CPOs, providing land assembly strategies, cost estimates, negotiating and settling compensation claims. Jane also acts for a number of claimants formulating and negotiating claims for freeholders and leaseholders.

    With over 10 years’ experience in long-term infrastructure projects and mixed use town centre schemes, Jane is an expert in working across Central Government, local authorities and transport and infrastructure.

    Jane continues to advise Network Rail on land assembly and compensation in respect of the Thameslink Bedford to Brighton rail scheme, and HS2 on the Highspeed 2 Phase One project.
