Jane is a specialist in compulsory purchase compensation and valuation.  She works closely with acquiring authorities and developer partnerships to promote and secure CPOs, provide land assembly strategies and cost estimates, and negotiate and settle compensation claims.  Jane also acts for a number of claimants, formulating and negotiating claims for freeholders and leaseholders.  With over 10 years’ experience in long-term infrastructure projects and mixed-use town centre schemes, Jane is an expert in working across Central Government, local authorities and transport and infrastructure.
