Petty is a Senior Advisor specialising in Economic Development

Chris Petty works within the Strategic Advisory team, specialising in economic development for both public and private sector clients. With extensive experience across a broad spectrum of projects, Chris has developed a holistic understanding of the needs and requirements of his clients and combines those skills with his ability to problem solve, engage with stakeholders, and project manage.

He works on creating robust and compelling business cases, making social and economic cases for development, and supporting master planning and design processes. Chris works throughout the planning and development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Chris worked in the Economic Development team at AECOM, working with local authorities to secure funding for development and supporting nationally significant infrastructure projects, assessing the social and economic impacts of schemes.

Chris works closely with Montagu Evans’s multi-disciplinary Planning team and Development Advisory to ensure comprehensive, rounded advice to his clients.
