    Rosie is a historic built environment expert within planning and development. She supports clients on developments requiring specialist heritage advice with a commercial focus. Her work ranges from advice on detailed listed building issues to major schemes in the setting of listed buildings, in conservation areas and affecting sensitive land.

    Rosie has advised clients on many complex and high profile projects, including enabling development proposals for highly graded listed buildings and town centre regeneration schemes in prominent and sensitive locations.

    Rosie works across a number of sectors and advises both public and private clients. She specialises in appeal work, listing representations and strategic land promotions.
