Tom is a Partner and previously worked at JLL and for GL Hearn where he dealt with rating appeals across Scotland, England and Wales.

Tom has over 15 years of experience and first entered the business rates world at University when he undertook a 15-month placement at the Glasgow City Assessors office within the city centre team.

Tom provides rating valuation advice to clients in the retail, office, industrial, leisure and residential sectors for both landlords and tenants.

An active member of the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA), Tom sits on the committee as the representative for Scotland.
