Roberts is an advisor, specialising in townscape, heritage and planning.

Morgan joined Montagu Evans in October 2025 from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and has already worked on a variety of heritage and townscape projects in central London and southern England.

Morgan has experience in providing advice on listed buildings and conservation areas, significance assessments, enforcement matters and heritage and townscape and visual impact assessments for tall building developments. Morgan plays a key role in supporting the team and advising clients to achieve sustainable development within the built environment.
