Kenny is a Senior Surveyor in the Rating Advisory team based out of the Edinburgh office.

Before joining Montagu Evans in 2025, Kenny worked in the Glasgow City Assessors office and Lanarkshire Valuation Joint Board, where he gained over five years’ experience undertaking valuations for Non-Domestic Rates purposes, covering a wide range of property types. He also brings with him a detailed knowledge and understanding of the Non-Domestic Rates Proposal system and the Local Taxation Chamber.

Kenny is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Scottish Business Ratepayers Group (SBRG), and the Rating Surveyors Association (RSA).”
