Julie is a Partner in the Rating Advisory team, and has experience working in Rating since 2007 after commencing her career with the Scottish Assessors.

Since relocating to the Northwest in 2011, she has worked in private practice, providing rating valuation and liability advice to both landlords and occupiers across a wide range of property types, beyond bulk classes to include higher education, serviced offices, specialist industrials, department stores and food stores.

Julie has represented clients as an Expert Witness at the Valuation Tribunal, securing reductions through the Tribunal system where prior negotiations were not successful.
