Gregor is a Partner with 20 years’ experience covering all aspects of Non-Domestic Rates and Council Tax and has dealt with the valuation of a wide variety of properties for rating and valuation purposes. His experience covers the valuation of properties based on the Comparative, Receipts & Expenditure and Contractor’s basis of valuation and specialises in Large Industrial and specialist valuations where the valuation approach differs between North and South of the border.
